Qué hace PURA

Un solo lugar para atender, vender y agendar por WhatsApp, sin compartir un celular.

Bandeja compartida

Todo el equipo atiende el mismo número de WhatsApp Business (con la API de WhatsApp Business de Meta), con reparto de chats entre asesores. También Messenger e Instagram, si el negocio los conecta.

Agente de IA

Responde a los clientes del negocio con lo que el negocio le enseña (productos, precios, horarios, preguntas frecuentes) y pasa el chat a una persona cuando hace falta.

Campañas

Envíos masivos a contactos que lo autorizaron, con plantillas aprobadas por Meta y estados reales de entrega y lectura.

Agenda de citas

Citas agendadas desde el chat. Si el negocio conecta Google Calendar, el agente de IA revisa si el horario está libre y confirma la cita en su calendario.

Catálogo y stock

Productos y servicios que el agente de IA usa para responder, con disponibilidad que se puede actualizar desde una hoja de Google Sheets o un Excel.

Saldo prepago

Un saldo (Wallet) que el negocio recarga para los cargos de uso de PURA, con el detalle de cada movimiento.

Cómo PURA usa los datos de Google

Conectar Google es opcional. Lo hace el dueño del negocio (o un administrador con permiso) desde Agente de IA en PURA. Calendar y Drive se conectan por separado y cada conexión pide solo los permisos de su función.

Google Calendar

  • Para qué: que el agente de IA reserve las citas que piden los clientes del negocio por WhatsApp.
  • Qué lee: los eventos del calendario principal de la cuenta conectada, solo en el horario de la cita propuesta (events.list), para saber si está libre. El servidor de PURA compara únicamente las horas de inicio y fin; a la IA solo le llega «libre» u «ocupado». Los datos de Calendar no se envían a ningún modelo de IA.
  • Qué escribe: si el horario está libre, crea un evento con el motivo de la cita y su hora (events.insert).
  • Qué no hace: PURA no edita ni borra eventos de tu calendario.
  • Qué guarda: el identificador del evento creado, el motivo y el horario, en la agenda de citas del negocio dentro de PURA.

Google Drive

  • Solo lo que tú eliges: PURA accede únicamente a los archivos que el dueño elige, uno por uno, con el selector de Google (Google Picker). No ve ni recorre el resto de tu Drive.
  • Enseñarle al agente de IA: con un PDF, un documento de Google Docs o un archivo de texto elegido, PURA lee su contenido y crea un resumen que el agente de IA usa como conocimiento del negocio. Ese contenido lo procesan proveedores de procesamiento de IA bajo contrato, solo para dar esta función al negocio y sin usarlo para entrenar modelos. PURA no guarda una copia del archivo: solo el resumen y el identificador, nombre, tipo y fecha de modificación del archivo.
  • Stock en vivo (opcional): si el dueño elige una hoja de Google Sheets con su stock, PURA la lee como tabla (al conectarla y luego cada hora) solo para marcar sus productos como Disponible o Agotado. El contenido de esa hoja no se envía a ningún modelo de IA.
  • Qué no hace: PURA no crea, edita, mueve ni borra archivos en tu Drive.

  • Solo para identificar la cuenta conectada y mostrar en PURA con qué correo de Google está conectado el negocio.

Nuestro compromiso con los datos de Google

  • No vendemos los datos de Google ni los usamos para publicidad, perfiles de publicidad o evaluaciones de crédito.
  • Solo los usamos para dar las funciones que el negocio activó y que se describen arriba. Únicamente los compartimos con los proveedores que hacen posible esas funciones (infraestructura y procesamiento de IA bajo contrato), o si la ley lo exige.
  • Ninguna persona lee esos datos, salvo con permiso del negocio para darle soporte, por motivos de seguridad o si la ley lo exige.
  • Los datos obtenidos de las API de Google Workspace no se usan para crear, entrenar ni mejorar modelos de IA generalizados.
  • El acceso de Google se guarda cifrado, solo en nuestro servidor, en un almacén de secretos; nunca en el navegador.

El uso y la transferencia de información recibida de las API de Google por parte de PURA a cualquier otra aplicación se ajustarán a la Política de Datos de Usuario de los Servicios de API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de Uso Limitado (Limited Use).

Uso responsable de la IA

PURA es una herramienta de atención al cliente para negocios: responder mensajes, agendar citas, enviar campañas y crear imágenes de productos y promociones del propio negocio. PURA no permite crear, editar ni difundir imágenes íntimas o sexuales de ninguna persona (incluidas las imágenes íntimas no consentidas generadas con IA), ni contenido sexual de menores. Las funciones de imagen están limitadas a piezas comerciales, usan filtros de seguridad y cualquier cuenta que intente un uso así se suspende. Los datos de Google (Calendar y Drive) nunca se usan para generar imágenes.

Cómo quitar el acceso o borrar tus datos

Desde PURA

En Agente de IA → Reservar citas (Calendar) o Agente de IA → Archivos y fuentes (Drive), toca Desconectar. PURA revoca el acceso en Google y deja de usarlo de inmediato.

Para borrar también lo que PURA guardó a partir de Google (resúmenes de archivos y citas), escríbenos a [email protected]. Los pasos están en Cómo pedir que borremos tus datos, dentro de la Política de privacidad.

What PURA does

One place to answer customers, sell and book appointments on WhatsApp, without sharing a phone.

Shared inbox

The whole team answers the same WhatsApp Business number (Meta's official API), with chats assigned among agents. Messenger and Instagram too, if the business connects them.

AI agent

Replies to the business's customers using what the business teaches it (products, prices, opening hours, FAQs) and hands the chat to a person when needed.

Campaigns

Bulk messages to contacts who opted in, using Meta-approved templates, with real delivery and read statuses.

Appointments

Appointments booked from the chat. If the business connects Google Calendar, the AI agent checks whether the time slot is free and confirms the appointment in its calendar.

Catalog and stock

Products and services the AI agent uses to answer, with availability that can be updated from a Google Sheets spreadsheet or an Excel file.

Prepaid balance

A balance (Wallet) the business tops up for PURA's usage charges, with every transaction itemized.

How PURA uses Google user data

Connecting Google is optional. The business owner (or an admin with permission) does it from AI Agent inside PURA. Calendar and Drive are connected separately, and each connection requests only the permissions its feature needs.

Google Calendar

  • Purpose: to let the AI agent book the appointments that the business's customers request over WhatsApp.
  • What it reads: events on the primary calendar of the connected account, only within the time range of the proposed appointment (events.list), to know whether the slot is free. PURA's server compares only the start and end times; the AI receives nothing but "free" or "busy". Calendar data is never sent to any AI model.
  • What it writes: if the slot is free, it creates one event with the reason for the appointment and its time (events.insert).
  • What it does not do: PURA does not edit or delete events in your calendar.
  • What it stores: the ID of the event it created, the reason and the time, in the business's appointment list inside PURA.

Google Drive

drive.file
  • Only what you pick: PURA can access only the files the owner picks, one by one, with Google's own file picker (Google Picker). It cannot see or browse the rest of your Drive.
  • Teaching the AI agent: for a picked PDF, Google Docs document or plain-text file, PURA reads its content and creates a summary that the AI agent uses as business knowledge. That content is processed by AI processing providers under contract, only to deliver this feature to the business and never to train models. PURA does not keep a copy of the file: only the summary plus the file's ID, name, type and last-modified date.
  • Live stock (optional): if the owner picks a Google Sheets spreadsheet with their stock, PURA reads it as a table (when connected and then every hour) only to mark their products as In stock or Sold out. The spreadsheet's content is never sent to any AI model.
  • What it does not do: PURA does not create, edit, move or delete files in your Drive.

Your Google account

  • Only to identify the connected account and show inside PURA which Google email address the business connected.

Our commitments about Google user data

  • We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising, ad profiles or credit-worthiness decisions.
  • We use it only to provide the features the business turned on, described above. We share it only with the providers that make those features possible (infrastructure and AI processing under contract), or when required by law.
  • No person reads this data, except with the business's permission to provide support, for security purposes, or when required by law.
  • Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
  • Google access credentials are stored encrypted, server-side only, in a secrets vault; never in the browser.

PURA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Responsible use of AI

PURA is a customer-service tool for businesses: answering messages, booking appointments, sending campaigns and creating images of the business's own products and promotions. PURA does not allow creating, editing or sharing intimate or sexual images of any person (including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery, "AI NCII"), nor any sexual content involving minors. Image features are limited to commercial content, use safety filters, and any account attempting such use is suspended. Google user data (Calendar and Drive) is never used to generate images.

How to revoke access or delete your data

From PURA

Go to AI Agent → Reservar citas (Calendar) or AI Agent → Archivos y fuentes (Drive) and tap Desconectar (Disconnect). PURA revokes the token with Google and stops using it immediately.
